The Student Leader's...

2009's Student Leaders organised the final Turuturu School Disco for the year.

The Junior Disco started at 6.00pm and ran until 7.15pm.

The Senior disco started at 7.30pm and ran until 9.00pm.

The student leaders booked the DJ, priced the food

supplies to be sold and advertised the event.

Vertical Horizons - Senior Camp 2009

2009 Senior School Camp

-Vertical Horizons-

Turuturu School Year 5 and 6 students had the opportunity to spend

the week at Vertical Horizons, Inglewood.

They took part in many exciting activities and had a fantastic time.

Dixon Banner 2009

On Thursday, 19th of November a group of Turuturu School students

(some so dedicated that they made the effort to come back from camp),

participated in the annual Interschool Athletic's held at Ramanui School.

Not only did we come home with the overall points award, we managed to seal the deal

and win the Dixon Banner relay for the second year running.

Excellent race to watch, made even better by the shouts of joy that came from

a very excited Mr Carter. We've never seen him jump so high into the air.

Would be a great contender for the 2012 Olympics!!
